How long does the pre-order duration take?
Pre-order duration can be vary, within 24-30 days work day (exclude the weekend and holiday) from the day when the measurement is given.
Can we request the size for our attire?
We offer a free-resize service for our customers. Customers can simply send us their own height and weight detail or tell us the measurement details with the guidance we’ve especially made for our customers to follow for a more precise size.
Can we request a non-hijab style for hijab-friendly attire and vice versa?
Yes, all attire can be made for hijab friendly and non-hijab style.
Is down-payment accepted?
Sadly, we only accept full payment only, but you can process your payment with credit card through our website.
Can we visit studio to measure our body?
Regarding the size fitting, Ivory studio RTW can be altered to certain measurements. Unfortunately, we are not entertaining offline measurement. We invite customers to kindly measure independently our through informing their height and weight as reference.
Can we request custom order/custom colour in RTW?
Dear our loyal customers who need uniquely measured and custom made designs, please kindly put your order through @ivory.studio for exclusive service and amenities. Our price list varies from 10 million IDR for non wedding designs and 30 million IDR for wedding attire designs.
Do you provide rent service?
Unfortunately, we don’t. But worry not, because our sister brand @philipa.id specifically provides rent service with various alternatives of kebaya and dresses. It’s designed with details that were adopted exclusively from Ivory Studio.
